Delivery and Returns

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
The situation around COVID-19 is changing rapidly. Deliveries are largely continuing as normal, but we are seeing international delays to some countries that have special measures or restrictions in place.

Delivery
We aim to process, package and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.

All orders will be delivered by the Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.

Unfortunately we cannot send to PO Box addresses.

UK delivery
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class – delivery aim in 1-2 working days. Delivery days Monday-Saturday. Parcelforce Express 24 – tracked delivery aim in 1-2 working days. Delivery days Monday-Friday. Parcels over 42cm long will be sent via Parcelforce.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you should need to return an ordered item, please notify us by email: , within 7 days of receiving the goods. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be sent back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, with the original receipt. For fragile items please ensure that they are securely packaged, as we can not be responsible for damaged items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
