Delivery and Returns

The situation around COVID-19 is changing rapidly. Deliveries are largely continuing as normal, but we are seeing some delays to services.

We aim to process, package and dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days, Monday-Friday.

All orders will be delivered by DPD, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce or UPS depending on your location, the size and weight of your order.

Unfortunately we cannot send to PO Box addresses.

Standard UK delivery
Standard delivery for Mainland UK generally takes 1-3 working days. Delivery days are Monday-Friday.

Standard UK:  0kg up to 2kg weight – £6.50

Standard UK: 2+kg up to 5kg weight – £7.75

Standard UK: 5+kg up to 20kg weight – £10.75

Please note: Our prices are exclusive of VAT.

Where we can, we will send your order DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. This means you, the customer will pay the VAT and any fees at checkout. We will pay this in advance of Customs. This is a quicker process than sending DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid.

Where we can not send your order DDP, we will send your order DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means you, the customer, agree to pay any duties, import fees or taxes applied by your local government in addition to your order when it arrives in the destination country.

In the unlikely event that you should need to return an ordered item, please notify us by email: , within 7 days of receiving the goods. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be sent back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, with the original receipt. For fragile items please ensure that they are securely packaged, as we can not be responsible for damaged items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. All delivery costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured, signed for service, as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, excluding delivery costs, usually within 14 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
